Ariel Weil, QAD DynaSys


Ariel oversees all aspects of QAD DynaSys. He is responsible for shaping its vision, strategic direction, and steering the company’s global research and development efforts as well as operations and market expansion. Ariel joined QAD DynaSys in 1996 as R&D Director. He brings 10 years of experience in the development of specific technologies in planning and optimization. He has directly managed the project to redesign and redevelop the new QAD DynaSys solution based on the latest technologies. In addition to R&D, Ariel has been managing QAD DynaSys’ key accounts for several years. Ariel was promoted as Deputy Managing Director in 2002 and was made CEO in 2006. After the acquisition of DynaSys by QAD Inc, Ariel has been named President of QAD’s DynaSys Division. Ariel is very active within several charitable and educational associations. He has been married 27 years and has five children.




Catherine Schmitt-Weber, Oliver Wight


Catherine has over 20 years experience across a diverse range of business disciplines. Her extensive career has seen her fulfil significant change management programmes, including implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning and Advanced Planning and Scheduling information systems as well as Demand Management, Supply Chain and Strategy Management processes. As an Oliver Wight Associate, Catherine provides support for companies on their journey to business excellence. Whether the introduction of an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, or optimising the extended supply chain, Catherine builds in-house expertise to enhance business performance.



Gary Shaw, QAD DynaSys

Business Consultant

Gary joined QAD DynaSys in 2014 as a Business Consultant. He is passionate about enabling organisations to unlock the potential of supply chain planning solutions to support their Integrated Business Planning processes. Prior to joining QAD DynaSys he spent 7 years in system implementation and 10 years in operational planning for various UK manufacturers and retailers. In his spare time Gary spends his weekends in wet and muddy fields watching his two sons play football and the occasional round of golf. He has promised his colleagues that one day he will learn French.




Guillaume Allemand, Citwell

Chief Executive Officer

Guillaume Allemand has more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain consulting. He notably works on issues regarding customer service improvement, demand management, industrial planning, stocks and operations performance. Before joining Citwell, Guillaume occupied decision-making positions within Pfizer operations, then participated in the development of the Supply Chain and Life Science sector for Cap Gemini Consulting and Ineum consulting. Guillaume is the managing director in charge of Marketing and Sales development for Citwell as well as the Lyon offices.



Jean-Luc Rominger, QAD DynaSys

VP R&D and Support

Jean-Luc has worked at QAD DynaSys since the late 90s and is responsible for R&D and Support teams with the aim of creating an overall excellent customer experience. He defines himself as a problem solver and places customer satisfaction as top priority. His focus is to deliver added values through the new features of the QAD DynaSys solutions. Married and the happy father of 2 daughters, he enjoys running in nature, participates in competitions and is involved in the local tennis team championship.




Laurent Penard, Citwell


First consultant for international firms, Laurent founded Citwell in 2003. Alongside his position of Chairman of the firm, he runs diagnostic missions and transformation projects Supply Chain in Middle Market and large groups in industry, distribution and service sector. He carries values of professionalism, ethics and empathy that apply to operations of the firm and employees. He also develops innovation services with concepts such as Demand Driven, Industry and Supply Chain 4.0 or Change Management.



Ludovic Lezenven, QAD DynaSys

Business Consultant

Ludovic is passionate about Supply Chain Planning. After studying Applied Mathematics, Ludovic joined the APS solution development and integration market. His experiences, which are both technical and close to the professional services, allowed him to work with S&OP and IBP process implementation issues in various fields of activity and organizations. Ludovic is now Business Consultant at QAD DynaSys and helps customers and prospects with this expertise.




Olivier Descamps, Solvay

Global IS Supply Chain Planning Manager

In 1996, 5 years after academic work in operational research, Olivier joined REYNOLDS ALUMINUM group as a Project Leader in the IT department where he contributed to the digitalisation of a Supply Chain end-to-end European.
In 2001, Olivier led the implementation of APS within ARJO WIGGINS APPLETON and SMURFITKAPPA. After 4 years of supply chain consulting as a Project Manager for ARCELORMITTAL, he joined the SOLVAY Group in 2015 as a Project Leader in the Corporate Supply Chain structure. Olivier is Excellence Business Process Owner in the S&OP implementation program and also Demand and Planning domain Manager in the organization SBS IS Applications.



Patrick Dolé, QAD DynaSys

Principal Business Consultant

Patrick has 25 years of experience in Supply Chain. After studying mechanics, Patrick moved very quickly towards the supply chain with a DESS of "Management of Production and Operations" and the CPIM of the APICS in 1999. After 12 years of IT and Supply Chain consulting, he joined QAD DynaSys, where he is Principal Business Consultant.



Romain Schneider-Maunoury, QAD DynaSys

Business Consultant

Romain is Business Consultant at QAD DynaSys since 2013. One of his key skills regards quickly understanding supply chain requirements to efficiently identify and explain the need for Cloud Demand and Supply Chain Planning solutions. Solving problems at the source, working on strategic issues, enjoying excellent interpersonal skills with both operators and c-level executives, combined with recognized presentation skills, allows Romain to efficiently manage end to end pre-sales cycles and deliver results.



Shaun Phillips, QAD DynaSys

Global Product & Market Manager

Shaun joined QAD DynaSys in 2017 and brings with him an extensive career in Supply Chain technology. As global product & market manager, Shaun is responsible for the strategic direction of the QAD DynaSys DSCP product as well as the go-to-market enablement and market development. Shaun has an international focus having started his career in Australia spending many years serving the APAC region. He then spent several years in Germany and since 2012 has called Paris home. Outside the office, Shaun often sneaks a shocking game of golf in between the adventures of raising two young boys. He is very passionate about Australian Rules football.




Stéphane Weishard, QAD DynaSys

VP Global Services 

Stéphane joined QAD DynaSys in 2016. He brings over 25+ years’ experience with implementing and consulting services in large scale supply chain management and IS transformation projects in multi-cultural environments. He has also had significant exposure to executive stakeholder management and influencing Board level decisions. Stephane is president of his local football club, where his wife and his two sons spend as well some time. He also acts as referee and coach. When not at work or on the field, he appreciates local wine and likes to walk with his Chocolate Labrador in the vineyards.
